A new Government website, www.realhelpnow.gov.uk , has been set up to provide recession advice and support.

Real Help Now provides information for families and businesses about the Government support that's available during the economic downturn and where to go for help.

The site focuses on advice and help with:

Jobs  - Helping people back to work, helping businesses avoid redundancies, supporting the long-term unemployed;

Personal finance  - Helping families, homeowners, pensioners and the vulnerable to make ends meet;

Business - Helping businesses to keep going and grow for the future with advice, access to finance and tax relief;

Homes - Helping people stay in their homes.

The downloadable information booklets will point you in the right direction for where to go to access this support.
