About The Interview Cheerleader

Tamzin’s experience working in the corporate world of Banking, Insurance and Utilities has provided her with the understanding of the impact others have on careers, individuals, development and the ability to earn, succeed and be validated. Seeing confident women in tears in bathrooms because of a failed meeting with their boss, or worse after being ripped apart by colleagues, has shown Tamzin how fragile and prone to self-doubt individuals are.

With a love of business psychology and a passion to help everyone live the life they deserve, Tamzin believes she is here to lift people up and give them the support they need to shine and be amazing. Her mission is to ensure candidates turn up ready and prepared to show their interviewer just how capable and amazing they are – so she launched The Interview Cheerleader.

The Interview Cheerleader uses a combination of Tamzin’s 20 years of coaching, development and recruiting experience combined with her interest and knowledge in Business Psychology to support and guide individuals to interview success and to receive the job offer they deserve.
